Services & Approach

What types of businesses do you specialize in?

We focus on small, service-based businesses that rely on appointments or booked calls: med spas, clinics, home services, coaching/consulting, and similar local or regional providers. If your calendar matters more than your cart, we’re a good fit.

Do you only run ads, or do you help with the whole funnel?

We design the entire funnel: campaigns, landing pages, lead capture, follow-up sequences, and the booking flow itself. Ads are only one piece—we’re focused on the full journey from first impression to confirmed appointment.

Can you work with our existing tools and CRM?

In most cases, yes. We can plug into popular CRMs and booking tools, or help you implement a streamlined setup if your current stack is holding you back.

Pricing & Subscriptions

Is ad spend included in the monthly fee?

No. Your ad spend is billed directly with the platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) so you have full control and transparency. Our subscription fee covers strategy, implementation, optimization, and reporting.

Do you have long-term contracts?

We recommend an initial 3-month commitment to get through setup, testing, and optimization. After that, most clients continue month-to-month with a simple 30-day cancellation notice.

Can we pause or change our plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause with notice so we can properly wrap up campaigns and preserve what’s working.

Onboarding & Timeline

How fast can we go live?

Most clients launch their first campaign within 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly we can gather assets, access, and approvals. We’ll agree on a target launch date during onboarding.

What do you need from us to get started?

We’ll need access to your existing tools (if any), brand guidelines, current offers, and a clear picture of your ideal client and capacity. We keep the process as light as possible for your team.

When will we start seeing results?

You may see early wins in the first 30 days, but we typically evaluate results over a 90-day window to account for testing and optimization.

Support & Collaboration

How often will we meet?

Most plans include a regular cadence of strategy and performance calls (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly depending on tier). In between calls, we’re available via email and chat for updates and questions.

Who will we be working with day-to-day?

You’ll have a dedicated point of contact who owns your strategy and coordinates our team. You won’t be bounced around between anonymous support inboxes.

Can you work with our in-house marketing team?

Absolutely. Many clients use us as their bookings and performance partner while in-house teams handle brand content and organic channels.
